Malatya Turgut Özal University Akçadağ Vocational School Civil Air Transport Management Programme academicians presented their papers on ‘Investigation of Passenger Complaints in the Dimension of Global Airline Alliances’ at the 4th International Congress on Aviation Management (ICAM'24) hosted by Eskişehir Anadolu University. Our academicians, who also took part in the organising and scientific board of the congress, came together with academicians from different universities and exchanged ideas on current issues in the aviation sector.
