The International Conference on Aviation Management (ICAM 2025), hosted by Kastamonu University School of Civil Aviation between October 23–26, 2025, brought together academics, industry professionals, and students in the field of aviation.

On October 23, during the panel titled “The Role of Security Culture in Sustainable Aviation Security” Asst. Prof. Dr. Selçuk Kayhan from Malatya Turgut Özal University Akçadağ Vocational School served as the moderator.
The panel featured distinguished participants from Eskişehir Technical University, State Airports Authority (DHMİ), Turkish Airlines, HAVAŞ, and various non-governmental organizations, who shared insights on aviation security and sustainability.

In addition, Asst. Prof. Dr. Selçuk Kayhan served among the session chairs of the conference and presented his academic paper during the scientific sessions.
Covering topics such as aviation management, security culture, sustainability, and digital transformation, the conference provided a significant platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration between academia and the aviation industry.
