As Akçadağ Vocational School Civil Air Transport Management Programme, we had planned to organise a similar event for our 1st year students after the technical visit to Malatya Airport, which we held with our 2nd year students in the past months. However, due to weather conditions, this visit was postponed.
Today, we finally organised our technical visit, where our 1st year students had the opportunity to get acquainted with the sector. Our students observed the operation processes at the airport on site. During the trip, students were provided with comprehensive information about airport management, ground handling management and other related units. By visiting different units at the airport, our students had the opportunity to interact directly with specialised employees and reinforced their theoretical knowledge with practice.
We would like to thank Mr Serdar Akyüz, DHMI Director of Malatya Airport, and all airport staff for their hospitality and interest in the visit. We believe that such events make a great contribution to the professional development of our students.
